Very disappointed after spending an hour and a 1/2 almost 2 hours in the Verizon. Store today, switching my lines of service over and was told. I would receive new phones for switching my service. But then I was told that they would require a $329 deposit on each phone. How do you receive free phones if i'm required to put a three hundred and twenty nine dollar deposit down on both phones makes no sense that is very misleading very very disappointed.
Very bad service! I am a Verizon customer. They require money to activate the phone! I don't recommend you come here!
Things started out rocky for me on that day. no Best Buy could not get the transfer of my phone numbers. Verizon took care of it. However, I had to go back to the Verizon store the next day have my phone number to activate, my wife’s number went through with no issues. Tney took care of my issues, and I thought they did a good job with it.
