Sam was an awesome rep, very knowledgeable and helpful. Much better experience than AT&T. We came in late and needed to stay after close, we still never felt rushed or pressured at all. If you need to upgrade or switch providers, this is a great place to do it.

Came in for cell phone but changed my business phone system and internet over to Verizon and im paying way less than I was at Spectrum and Ring Central. Plus it's way better.
Call and can't talk to someone directly. Very bad business...
