Placed an order online to setup two new phones and port over the new numbers and got an error twice in a row with no resolution. Just pay 3x to try again. Ridiculous and useless service from the salesmen there and no hope of getting another phone all after we released the numbers and cancelled the other line. Glad to be going with another carrier.
Mostly confusing when a purchase is made online and the online rep says it's is easy to pick up or return at a corporate stare with no problem. HA!
