They were quick and friendly regarding my business needs regarding getting an account switch over. The manager was very professional and helpful as well as the rest of the team in this store. Would definitely recommend visiting this store for all your needs rather than contacting customer support over the phone in which I would not recommend.
Long wait and Samsung phones are garbage. They break every 3 years them you are forced to buy another phone and get charged for it
Typical Verizon: I was told that I should have read the fine print of my contract. Paying for service on a broken phone.
