I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years now with the same number and I am fed up with Verizon doing multiple changes to their phone tree and their processes. Not to mention this location loaded my bill up with stuff that I don't use that increased my bill over $140 a month. I bought 2 phones from this store. Danny at Verizon was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout our visit. He took the time to walk us through upgrading our phone and also helped cancel a few unnecessary plans, which ended up saving us money. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. Excellent customer service and highly recommended.

Hours of wait time for any question at all. "Make an appointment," they say, while listing the base Verizon phone number rather than a direct line to their store... "OK HOW?" "Just come on in, we'll see you in... about... an hour and a half." Then you ask for a large device for an old lady and the rep sells you something expensive with tiny font that can't be changed. ZERO product knowledge. Terrible.
