Danny at Verizon was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout our visit. He took the time to walk us through upgrading our phone and also helped cancel a few unnecessary plans, which ended up saving us money. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. Excellent customer service and highly recommended.
Hours of wait time for any question at all. "Make an appointment," they say, while listing the base Verizon phone number rather than a direct line to their store... "OK HOW?" "Just come on in, we'll see you in... about... an hour and a half." Then you ask for a large device for an old lady and the rep sells you something expensive with tiny font that can't be changed. ZERO product knowledge. Terrible.
Purchased a defective charge cable from a Verizon store, under a Verizon name. Come to find out that I am unable to exchange the defective charge cord because it was purchased from a franchise, operating under Verizons business name. Per statement of Verizon representative Joseph.
