Absolutely unacceptable Verizon store opened an account using my personal info without consent. A Verizon store used my sensitive personal information to open an account without my knowledge or authorization. I only found out months later when I was contacted about being sent to collections. I NEVER signed up for this account, never agreed to anything, and yet I'm now being forced to file a fraud claim just to protect myself from financial liability. I get you guys work with phones, but tell your employees not to be driving on the road on their phones. This employee drove like this all the way from Main Street and almost hit several cars.
I was struggling with swapping phones between phones for 2 days and came to the store at Mitchell Plaza Jeremy was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue after reviewing the issue and he was able to fix the issue for me. Jeremy provides excellent customer service, I highly recommend Jeremy to anyone who goes to Verizon store .
