The person that helped me was incredibly condescending and rude when I asked questions regarding my account. He just gave me a number to call with little explanation. What was exceptionally rude was when I asked another question regarding an extra fee on my account he told me that I'm just confused, despite not pulling up my account information. Other staff there seemed very kind, but the man who helped me was short tempered, rude, and off putting.
