They do not know what they do. I came Saturday to open business account, and they said we do not have business specialist come back Monday. I came back and they said we do not offer business account specialist in this location. You have to wait and we will open account. Which is they do not have any idea about business one talk service.
Roberts is a Superhero! I recently visited the Verizon store to transfer my four lines and take advantage of their promotional offers. The experience was fantastic, thanks to Manager Robert and his team. The process was smooth and efficient. They transferred my lines without any hassle and clearly explained everything. I got a free phone and the latest iPad at a discount through their promotions. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and the deals were amazing.
