Walked in no one acknowledged or said anything. I guess my shifting back and forth from waiting finally caught their attention. To say that some one will be with me eventually... I guess. As I was walking out the door somebody finally asked if I needed help to answer a simple question.
Was a Verizon customer. Went to the store on Hwy 20 and Wall Trianna for a plan update. Salesman assigned. We talked. Was working something for me. He got a call and said he couldn’t help me. So I went to ATT and started a new plan with them. Customer service is important.
Didn't do what they said they would do on an upgrade...
