Had a terrible experience here today. Don't know the guys name but he had neck tattos. (Only sharing that Info so he can be identified since I didn't get his name.) If I wanted a car salesman, I would have gone to the dealership. I'm thinking about mint mobile. Does anyone have suggestions? No help in resolving a battery in my phone blowing up. They said I had to buy a new one or spend 200 dollars for insurance replacement. On a mechanical defect.
