I would give 0 if I could. My mother is in her late 60's and is not tech savvy in any way. She went into this store to ask for some help figuring out her Verizon app. The employee would not explain anything to her, would not help her figure out her app, and told her to call customer service. You guys are a smaller store, in a small community. My guess is that you didn't have a long line of people to help.
