The staff seemed disinterested in me as soon as I said "I need to check out new phones , mine screen broke on the one I bought at Walmart". I just walked out, Went to the competition got a new phones a service . Unfriendly staff can kill a business

OMG! WHAT was I THINKING?!? Iv never heard anything GOOD about VERIZON, but a friend said she could get me a good deal as a 2nd line on her account. A "Good Deal" turned out to be someone else answering the number I had ported over! I couldn't make or get calls, get or send texts, or vm.
