Erika was great, got us set up in minutes after having spent two hours on the phone with Verizon technical support. Ensured our account remained safe by ensuring the account owner digitally signed off on everything.
A tiresome process, if you can get through to a human
Verizon representatives were extremely helpful. I do feel they are pressured to meet upgrade and account change quotas. Moderately busy at 6pm on a Saturday.
Slow as hell today. Waited over an hour for service.
