Verizon representatives were extremely helpful. I do feel they are pressured to meet upgrade and account change quotas. Moderately busy at 6pm on a Saturday.
Slow as hell today. Waited over an hour for service.
Service was terrible man told me I should go home and do it myself. I was trying to have a new phone set up he told me it would cost me $29.95
If there was no stars..That is what I would give Verizon..over charged aggravation every time just to pay them their my Verizon app doesn't work most the time..then trying to get help forget it you will be on the phone for a long time if you do happen to get through to them and for two years I've called about their app not working properly my recommendation is to stay away from Verizon if not you will be going through what I went through
