Racially profiled!! Literally walked, waited 10 mins until someone registered me in, “your first in line” is what he said. 20mins later, but during those twenty minutes I watched two couples come in ( white) got served and taken care of and left, then another (white male) came in and another Verizon wireless employee attended to him, customer exact words “hey I’m looking to buy a phone just wanted to see what u guys had to offer”. Professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly staff. Tech can be stressful but they make it easy!@
Very helpful staff, not a big fan of how long you have to wait but in the ends it's worth the good customer service and care you get.
