I just upgraded to a 16 and ordered it on line. Picked it up but had trouble with eSIM so I chatted with a Verizon rep that made so many error I was looked out of my account for 24 hours. Decided to go see the Verizon store and was lucky enough to have Sheldon work with me. He spend 2.5hours on the phone with various levels of support and Verizon.
