Warning this location will steal your property by claiming warranty returns will be replaced via mail. That is not true. Later when your replacement doesn't arrive by mail and you call customer support they will tell you that nothing should have been returned to the store without getting an immediate replacement. The store manager refuses to discuss the matter so I am now forced to file a police report for theft. Again, be warned and avoid this Verizon location!
Bad service, three employees huddled in the back of the room checking their phones. No one asked if I needed assistance so after 5 min I left the store.
Great help and my Man really does a good 👍 job and knows what he's doing
