I continue to have problems with my service. The issue is not user error (me) but is instead an issue with the device (defective?) or the network/services having problems that seem to be random but persistent. The employee at the door named Alex is not professional at all. I have been with Verizon for 4 years but it is time to switch to another phone company. The employees are misbehaving and you cannot get reliable information.
Needed quick service this morning was in the middle of working had an issue with charging. Came in and saw Patrick he took care of me right away within seconds I was on my way thank you so much Patrick.
Nice building with good staff coverage and friendly staff. Unfortunately I couldn't get my issue resolved in person but would still recommend the store
