Deeply disappointed the hours posted online via the QR code on the front of the door are inaccurate and I’ve not been able to pick up my order two days in a row. The worker that came out to throw trash wasn’t aware that the hours on the door were incorrect. Even though it says they’re open until 7, be aware this location closes at 6PM Monday through Saturday. I will be asking for contact information to escalate this issue.
Great service! Carlos was fantastic. Had to go back a week later because of operator error and, again, great customer service. Can't recommend them any higher than 5 gold stars!
Horrible customer service. Waited 20 min and didn't even get a greet or will be right with you. 3 employees, 2 groups of customers being helped. When the 3rd one came free, just walked to the back. I just had a question
Worst Costumer service experience of my life, had to go through hours of waiting because they had a new guy handle an expensive and complicated transaction. Therefore screwing it up. The manager there was extremely rude and very unprofessional and did not seem to care about our situation at all. Avoid this location like the plague!
