Stay away from Verizon. Service sucks. Been fighting for months about our service. They lied about our bill when we signed up and by the time we got our bill it was too late to break contract on the phone payments. The service is terrible and Tmobile is $100 cheaper for my phone lines.
Switched my phone from straight talk to Verizon I'm paying less for my monthly service and I bundled my entertainment subscriptions for a better price too!
Completely unacceptable experience. I was assisted by a Spanish-speaking employee and another staff member who were handling the process, and the way we were treated was humiliating and discriminatory.
