Completely unacceptable experience. I was assisted by a Spanish-speaking employee and another staff member who were handling the process, and the way we were treated was humiliating and discriminatory. Good help and fast service
I spoke with Jeff with sales on the phone. Outstanding customer service. He said I could pick up the phone at the Verizon store. Eric greeted us with courtesy and provided me with great customer service. Both are highly recommended.
