horrible place! the lack of urgency is crazy you have people taking forever talking about personal life when you have people waiting for 30 plus minutes!!! avoid this location; wanted to return a phone and got questioned about it like they paid for it just return the phone!
I now know why this stores rating is 2 1/2 stars I would rate it 1 star or no stars but that’s not an option. Just need to replace my camera lens protector that I purchased from Verizon that has a warranty. Been here for longer than I should this should be a walk in walk out transaction but there is no one here to handle this difficult transaction because everyone is taking care of other customers .
