My iPhone battery died. It was under warranty. I visited the location to transfer information to my replacement phone. The manager personally assisted me with the process. He was extremely helpful professional. I’ll work with him in the future for my phone needs.

Customer service here is really bad. We were given false information, went to two other verizon stores who corroborated that we were given false information by Librado at this initial store. I returned to let them know the info they gace us was false, and that we were not receiving the internet speed we upgraded too and the new person I spoke to doubled down on the false information initially given by Librado. These two gentlemen are the reason we will leave wireless as they dont even know how to properly hook a customer up ... read more
Their customer service is excellent. Even though the wait times can be excessive, they continuously check up with us. They are friendly professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Verizon
