Customer service here is really bad. We were given false information, went to two other verizon stores who corroborated that we were given false information by Librado at this initial store. I returned to let them know the info they gace us was false, and that we were not receiving the internet speed we upgraded too and the new person I spoke to doubled down on the false information initially given by Librado. Their customer service is excellent. Even though the wait times can be excessive, they continuously check up with us. They are friendly professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Verizon
