T Mobile will give me a new watch, iPad, and insurance on those, plus give me $400 for my phone that I’ll take with me. All for the same monthly payment. AND it’s WAY better service because Verizon’s is SO bad including CUSTOMER SERVICE when you call in. It’s TERRIBLE. I haven’t found a store Rep in over 5 years that didn’t look annoyed with working at Verizon. The SANTA MARIA store is horrible. This particular store is the main Verizon store and they’re just OKAY.
Yes, I've had a lot of experience here. A man named Devil works here. He's very nice. He guided me. He does a great job. I give him five stars.
Sadly left my phone on bus but did get another and went in to activate it. Did not wait long to be helped. Got everything up and running at no charge and in about a half hour! Can't complain at all!
