Not a great experience. Ordered a phone online, and specifically checked the box that I wanted someone to help me set up the new device. Get there to pick it up, and there was only one other person in there than me. There were like 4 or 5 Verizon employees there, bot all of them were in the room behind the registers other than the man helping the other customer. Was really iffy on switching from Xfinity to Verizon but it's worked out okay ! Had problems signing in for 2 months now and Alexis made it work !?!?! Idk how but she's got the touch ! Thank you so much !
