Worst customer service. Every time I've gone I've been turned away or referred somewhere else even though they're a corporate store. Just because they dont want to take the time to help. The employees aren't friendly, nobody acknowledges you when you walk in or when you're standing there waiting to be helped. After the 3rd time I refused to go back. The worst customer service possible. I've never completed a single transaction with them without encountering technical issues. Their business rep is the worst.
The people at this location are very helpful with my problem with the new phone and got me a great deal, thanks.
Granted the store was closed. An employee was in sight. I knocked on the window and he came over to help me through the glass door. I was stumped as I just received my new phone in the mail and went through the process of converting all the data over. It said it was finished so I erased my old phone to get it ready to trade in. My new phone then went into an update and froze for 3hrs. I had no way of doing anything but finding a live person.
