The worst customer service possible. I've never completed a single transaction with them without encountering technical issues. Their business rep is the worst.

Granted the store was closed. An employee was in sight. I knocked on the window and he came over to help me through the glass door. I was stumped as I just received my new phone in the mail and went through the process of converting all the data over. It said it was finished so I erased my old phone to get it ready to trade in. My new phone then went into an update and froze for 3hrs. I had no way of doing anything but finding a live person.
