I want to congratulate Keenan, who is a “manager”, and provided the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. If I could give negative stars, I would. Worst customer service. Every time I've gone I've been turned away or referred somewhere else even though they're a corporate store. Just because they dont want to take the time to help. The employees aren't friendly, nobody acknowledges you when you walk in or when you're standing there waiting to be helped. After the 3rd time I refused to go back. The worst customer service possible. I've never completed a single transaction with them without encountering technical issues. Their business rep is the worst.
