Diego you lied to me. You said my new bill would be due April 14th $207 for extra fees and my new monthly bill would be $143. So far you guys have made me pay my bill 3 times in the old amount and still want me to pay the $207 on April 10th now. Tech support keeps saying they sent two refunds yet none have showed up. Another lawsuit. I haven't even had this phone 30 days and you've shut it off twice!!!

Don't waste your time with sales rep ALEXIS!!!! Her attitude is extremely nasty and she will talk to you demeaning as if you should already know the answers like you work there. I asked her two simple clarifying questions and she responded with a nasty attitude saying " I already told you" as a response to one of the questions I asked. I have had verizon for many years and have gone to plenty stores, I have never met someone so nasty.
