Mike is FANTASTIC!! And CUTE!!
Mike appeared to be wonderful when I was given a “ free” upgrade Not true. I will be paying 18 a month for each phone. When I called the manager, I was given the option of returning the phone and paying a 50.00 restocking fee. He was rude, disrespectful and wasn’t the least be interested in what I had to say. I have gone to corporate with that as well, as I have an email copy of the bill that was supposed to begin this month with a 19.00 increase It actually went up 40.00. I am beyond angry ….
