It was only a two because I was at least greeted at first. I went in to buy a phone and they couldn't verify my information nor would even try with the legal documents I provided nor through the text messages they sent to my phone with me standing right in front of them. The "manager " was just as unhelpful, she kept telling me to call the 1800# after I told her that I already did. Everything i said went in one ear and out the other.
