DO NOT TRADE IN YOUR OLD PHONES! Youre better off keeping them and selling them for the money, then just get a new phone. Definitely a bunch of scam artists just trying to make commission in this building. I Tried to turn my phones back in in less than a month. And the rep lied and told me I couldn't turn my phones back in when I was well within my time frame. Make sure to ask every question you can because they do not disclose anything like you have to stay on the most expensive plan to keep your discount. Even though you t... read more

Bad customer service store didn't want to even help after waiting for 15min told me to call customer service who I waited another 20 minutes on the phone for who fixed the issue in 3 min. The agent on the phone was confused why they couldn't assist. Store has bad management. Ok it's busy cool it's still going to be busy because now you have to deal with the same issue 2x over because you didn't want to help the first time. It's always busy.

Upgraded phone and started on the Gateway. We were told phone and Gateway router would have to be delivered. We were instructed to drop off the trade in at a local store and provided us this office. We checked in, waited an half hour then told there wasn't a drop-off scheduled at their office. We were told to call customer service and schedule a drop-off and disconnect the (2nd) router we received in error. I asked aren't you customer service? I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Verizon store. I even paid the activation fees, and when I arrived, there was no one available to help me. I waited, and not a single employee acknowledged me or offered assistance. For a company this large, the lack of customer service is unacceptable. I left frustrated, with my issue still unresolved. This store seriously needs to improve its staffing and customer support.

It was average when their customer service by phone is difficult to deal with and you get better service face to face
