People were friendly and helpful. We had gotten our phones 2 years ago. We were told we could upgrade once our 24 months were up when we bought the phones. When we got there to upgrade them and were told that they changed it to 36 months and no longer do the 24 months. We drove clear there from Elkhart for nothing!
