They have a display setup stating that if you are a lifeline customer you can sign up "here" as in in store, with SafeLink. If you ask to, they will tell you no, you cannot and to leave. They care more about commission then helping their customers. Trash.
Liars. Added on extra items I never approved. Said additional monthly amt will be $17 but was charged for $70. Took me 2 and 1/2 hours to get out of there!!!!
Worst Corporate store ever…and I even used to work at a corporate Verizon years ago. Went in there to get a new iPhone and the woman was soooo rude and just looking to move on the next in the que line for the next potential sale . She charged my Dad $30 do make a transfer of data/ apps, which I could have done easily and then tried to charge a $30 fee for putting on a screen protector that we were then buying from the store?!?!
