I see a lot of reviews mad at someone named Zac, but he must be gone because I had an excellent experience today and I worked in contact with multiple people! From the woman who checked me in (kind, quick, gorgeous nails), to Sam (knows literally everything but isn’t pushy or braggy about it at all and flows with conversation), to the manager (manages to be everywhere at once and stepped in seamlessly), and the miscellaneous staff who stopped by while I dealt with my multitude of issues - I had a wonderful experience.
Never again, obnoxious loud and I will never deal with Zac again. Didn't listen just kept telling me it wasn't a Verizon issue was my internet at home and he couldn't fix it. I was referred to this "corporate store" in Eden Prairie to fix by one of your techs on the phone so living in Shakopee so to attempt to get it fixed got a bus into Eden Prairie and they tell me they can do nothing because it's an internet problem not theirs?? So starting next week I'll be looking for a new provider for service after being with Verizon ... read more
