I already went into the store for this issues and they told me “there’s nothing we can do for you in store” but when I call customer service I’m just transferred around for 3 hours and no one actually helps me. Bad cell coverage and terrible customer service. Do not get a Verizon plan if you like being able to make phone calls in your own home because I cannot.
Walked in to the store front greeter was a jerk on Tuesday July 8th hope the company re looks this individuals position
I will never come back to this Verizon Store,and will be done whole Verizon very rude people, I have been a customer for more 7 years. Thankfor losing me. Well done James the manager.
