The employees know their stuff and I've always gotten great service. I've been with Verizon for many many years. I like them
Bailey was the person to help us and needless to say she was less then helpful! I know this is a commission based job and she pushed us out the door and I had to do her job for me and my mother's phone. It took 3 hours to figure out how to fix the problem and was very frustrating. I will not be returning to this location nor would I recommend anyone get help from Bailey. She was more interested in getting out of work on time then taking the time to help and explain anything. Got the commission on my 500 order but basically d... read more
