Another AT&T customer lost due to Verizon’s moronic fraud prevention BS. Twice I went through the long process of ordering over the phone and was cleared by Fraud Prevention only after my order was cancelled and was forced to start all over again. Two weeks later when it’s near time to finally receive my phone my order gets cancelled AGAIN! Who does business this way? Verizon’s terrible customer service reputation I guess is well deserved. Lied to about NOT losing the monthly promotional credit & paid off the phone, added military discount & bill went UP $50. We have 4 phones. Be careful with Britney. Apparently, she can't do anything besides write the financial department number down and give you the go around. 1st visit was okay with Samuel. (I think that's his name.
