Attempted to return trade ins from an upgrade the following week. Advised no longer a corporate store and can’t help. Sent to UPS store where they said shipping would be free and I didn’t need anything other than devices, but that is incorrect per UPS. Had to pay for packing materials and shipping. Staff need training on how to help and not just focus on updates.
