Stop it and talking about switching phones. Ended up getting 2 new phones. 1 phone we took the upgrade from a different number and some how the number we took upgrade from was shut off.

The staff for super friendly and helpful the moment I walked in the door someone was immediately at my side wanting to help me it was a quick visit but they fixed my problem and I was in and out in 10 minutes time.
