I was having issues with my WiFi + data and the man I talked to was very clear & honest about the causes and solutions to the issues. Verizon WiFi couldn’t meet my family’s needs, which led me to switch. Even though it was a loss for them, that transparency improved my opinion on Verizon!
Terrible customer service from start to finish from the Store manager all the way down. I have had to go back 4 times because they can’t seem to get our services correct. Justin’s attitude towards the situation made it even worse he didn’t seem to care I kept having to come back and he couldn’t figure anything out. Just about made me not want to be a Verizon customer it was so bad.
Justin and Zeshan are so amazing! I took a dive into my pool with my old phone and it wouldn't come back to life, they were so patient and knowledgeable in directing me and my fears of never retrieving my life back that exists on my phone. Thank you!!!!!
The most useless Verizon store I've been in thats a corporate location. The one up the street has more stuff but is also employed with crooks.
