This is my go to store. For the occasional technical issues I can’t get solved through online management or customer support, this Verizon team is usually very good at getting my needs and issues resolved. Considering how exhausting customer service can be especially in a prime area, I’ve got to give this store 5 stars. Good job!
The people was really nice.
Yes the reviews are true. I had a card issue and needed to pay a bill in person and inquire about what was owed to leave for at&t. The Manager of all people told us she would be with us and then snuck out the door. A hour later we finally got help. Wake up people...there are more options.
The worst service ever!!! Very disappointing management!! Manager said she would help and 40 minutes later after waiting for “her help” she passed in front of me with her bag on her hand without saying a word! The lack of help and the nerve to be that careless and disrespectful wasting my time is just unacceptable!!! Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother to go to this place!
