Unfortunately they were three staff servicing one customer and we like fools are waiting seeing them laugh talk . One gets a phone one get AirPods it was shocking no concern about customers time ! Just don’t know how Verizon retains a customer base with this attitude if staff!!

I had a great experience with Trinity and Kiara. They were super helpful and didn't make me wait in line when I came back. (No fault of theirs) I would go see them again anytime
This is my go to store. For the occasional technical issues I can’t get solved through online management or customer support, this Verizon team is usually very good at getting my needs and issues resolved. Considering how exhausting customer service can be especially in a prime area, I’ve got to give this store 5 stars. Good job!
