Went in to spend $900 on a new phone and all they did was try to talk me out of paying cash and had no interest in just selling me the phone. Went in a week later to buy my girlfriend a phone and they didn’t scan it when they sold it to us so we have a pumpkin of a phone.
This experience tops anything I ever experienced. My phone was flintonish at best.As a matter of fact according to Corporate Verizon it wasn't considered a phone.What ? I've been paying my phone bill for that type of phone for 6 years ands it's not considered a phone.Well the technicians all four of them over two visits spent over two racking their brain's try to figure out how I could my new Galaxy S 24 ultra at the promotional prise.You should have seen the determination and commitment on there face.When the solution was t... read more
Place is terrible! Horrible management and extremely rude. I've been a verizon customer for 15 years and this place will be the reason I switch to ATT. Just call verizon or go somewhere else if you need help this place is useless and rude.
I went there and was waited on right away. They are so good at getting you what you need and just so helpful
