Customer service there is great! People are very friendly and courteous. I have been been dealing with the same agent for over 10 years. The only thing that would make this store better is if they could offer you bottles of water. 2 phones, 2 watches and 2 tablets . That's what we picked up.
If you don't get here before 11am in the morning, because We all know young people nowadays. Don't get out of bed till noon. You have to wait up 2 hours to get waited on. It's not the employees' fault They are very knowledgeable, it's Verizon's fault they sell millions in telephones and close the 50% of their corporate owned stores.
