This is no longer a corporate store, it's a third party. The only thing these people exist for is to upsell you... I go in to pay my bill and instead of just letting me do that they first wanted to go through my plan and sell me on upgrades I don't want. I'm there to pay my bill and instead of letting me do that she's trying to sell me a new phone and a Netflix subscription. I was just in the store to trade in 3 phones I had upgraded. I had an email telling me that I was supposed to take my phone directly to this address. The boy helping me said he could not help me. When I showed him the email he went back into an office to speak to his "general manager" and proceeded to come back and tell me the same thing. The manager couldn't even come out of her office if she was even there in the first place. The boys customer service skills were absolutely horrendous.
