Sam was so patient and helped. I really appreciated him taking time to show me how all the funtions worked.
I was just in the store to trade in 3 phones I had upgraded. I had an email telling me that I was supposed to take my phone directly to this address. The boy helping me said he could not help me. When I showed him the email he went back into an office to speak to his "general manager" and proceeded to come back and tell me the same thing.
