Gentleman who helped was honest and straight-forward
Would be nice to know in advance that not all stores are "corporate" and not waste time going to non corporate stores as i did. Once I got to the corporate store their "system was down" The response "it happens" All very Gen X of them. When finally able the young lady greeter was very good and efficient
