Great service. Very knowledgeable staff. In my case, they went above and beyond to resolve my issue.
Needed a new charger and was helped with my need.
Don't nobody recognize when you come in the store. I came in on 2 different occasions, where I had to look and wait for somebody to acknowledge me. They didn't even say welcome to Verizon no nothing when people walk in. It wasn't a welcoming experience at all that I'm used to with other Verizon locations.
Avoid! Slow service if any at all.
