Rude and unhelpful ineptitude
Second time in this store this morning. Was very unhappy with service. Came in to upgrade and purchase a new phone. Got told to call customer service and wasn't even offered the option to upgrade. Was just told there was a fee and to call customer service... missed out on a sale!
