Absolute rudest and least helpful staff ever! I went in around 2 on Sunday 1/19/25 and I ask the light-skinned hispanic woman for help on trying to retrieve some very important notes from my old phone which should be in my cloud...and she immediately dismissed me when I asked for help with doing that...and in the rudest tone ever, said 'no, what's lost is lost, I can't help you!' without even attempting to try and help me! I wish I had gotten the woman's name...but she should be fired immediately!
Didn’t prepare my “express” pickup until the next day
From the first time to the last time, Verizon is the worse company ever 🤮 always making mistakes in their favor and making me waste hours of hours on claims that were never honored. I hope I never have to come across them again in my life 🙌🏻
We had a problem with my son's iPhone and Brian was unconditional, helping us promptly. Excellent service, we recommend it 100%.
