Unable to speak with someone
Either they have to change the hold team, train them better or even better CLOSE the store. Honestly if I’m the owner of that store I would be so embarrassed of clients have an image so bad of my store. Or even be so embarrassed having to many incompetent employees that they don’t know what they are doing, or just come to the store clock in be on their phones, or just talk to each other. It's the worst of any verizon store we've been to. It should be shut down or all staffs changed. No wonder there were just 3 customers where as other places are qued No one to attend all in the ba k room for ever. There was Mr Ajay was there but most unprofessional person who seemed least interested for any business and just wanted to get rid of people by hardly answering. People just don't go !!! No wonder it's filled with such negative reviews
I have been a Verizon customer since the beginning of Verizon’s existence. I went there for an upgrade and was harassed and threaded by a young African man and his drunk manager. I have used that store for over 20 some years but these two employees have no place to work or even permitted to be in contact with public! They are dangerous and must go under therapy for behavior modification. Don’t step in that store you won’t be safe
