The gentlemen that assisted me were absolutely great
Selene was so helpful getting me a new Sim card and making sure I was able to log into my verizon account. She is has a wonderful work ethic and is a great addition to the team!!
Several mistakes with my bill. This is not the way Verizon was years back in customer service. With the amount I spend a month I should get some good service you would think but no.
