This is the best experience I have ever had at a Verizon store! Jeriko was amazing! He was so friendly and so helpful! He spent so much time with me helping me get my new phone and watch. He was friendly, very patient while I seriously went back and forth on if I should get both. He answered all my questions, he told me all the info I needed before I signed my contract! If I could leave 0 I would! Boy named Elijah helped me, from the start he acted like he hated his job, told me I couldn't do something that I KNEW I could!! Even his 2 co workers said YESS you can switch her phone to pre-paid, for some reason he comes back out from the back and said no we can't do this, I told him yess you can you just didn't want to help. Gentlemen working with a lady seemed to be great but God forbid if you try to ask the two girls shayla and her coworker something you might take away from whatever they were talking about. The trip planning is important. Asked for a receipt they looked up saidbohh you will get that in an email and shrugged her hand in the air. Had me call Verizon myself with an issue instead of offering to call and assist with figuring out the issue. What a joke. Came in to have a screen protector replaced, manager Kim was very friendly and did it quickly and professionally. Had a fun time chatting with the business account specialist (though I didn’t catch his name) as well. A nice stop on a lunch break, I appreciate the good customer service!
