I went to the VZ on Bristol to check why my phone (purchased from them) was acting weird. I had the misfortune of being ”helped” by Jorge, the manager, an extremely rude, unprofessional, sarcastic man who blatantly disrespected me and answered every question with a smirk! He even snapped at me 2 times and told me to “go ask Apple; we don’t make phones here”!
