I'm not sure where my review is!!! BUT I'm putting it back up! The manager and her side crew did not help at all! DONT GET A REFURBISHED PHONE. THE one they sent me couldn't read a sim card... and they try to FORCE U 2 GET PROTECTION. Couldn't even activate the phone, and they were going to charge me for the month.Also to call the service they charge an addl 50 dollars even tho I had no other choice!!and the 300 dollar REBATE:you don't always get it!!!
