Good customer service
Was just in this store. Trying to upgrade my S10, spoke to some chick. Was told I need to go online upgrade,. WHY can they not just explain to the customer or help the customer. Maybe I would prefer to deal with a person and not online. Used to be able to walk into the store and have a conversation. This person acted like she had no clue and really did not want to help or explain, so mad!!!
