Magdiel represents the epitome of super high quality customer service and support and never puts any extra pressure on New sales but will do anything he can to solve a problem with your existing phone or service or even with other services, in our case a problem with Google. I had a completely horrible experience with one of the agents at this store, named Ivan. Due to his incompetence, I had to make several calls lasting several hours to resolve a problem that could have been avoided if the agent had done a better management, because yes I went to the store but nothing was resolved there... Many thanks to the agent who helped me resolve everything over the phone finally a few days ago.
