Great info
Got my order completed in under 30 minutes.
Went in to upgrade a really old phone. Lady in the store did not jump through any hoops to try and help. Said we can do it online, and was quick to get us out of the store. ATT will help no matter what. This store said we had no account when we clearly do and can pull up out account online. Now we have to order phones online and set them up ourselves. I thought that was the point of having a store, to help out....no help at all.
