Great experience. I needed to see if I could get a phone for one of my employees faster, and Dave was a lot of help. He even went out of his way to point me in the direction that would get me on a different plan that would lower my bill while I was there.

Horrifically awful experience every time I’ve had to come in. Today’s fun was taking nearly an hour to try and hand in my phone for trade-in only to be forced to have them print off a return label (which alone took nearly 30 minutes… at a tech company). Absolutely lax and almost insultingly dismissive customer service in the face of an incredibly frustrating experience, and calling customer service for help was no better. Horrible. 4 hours switching from T-mobile to Verizon. Can’t get anyone at store on the phone. My phone doesn’t ring. Can’t get text messages. No direct # to the store. So angry.

Being with Verizon has been a pill. I guess I’ll leave out the myriad of hours we’ve spent on the phone the past several months with Verizon and only deal with the store today. My husband and I went to have my son’s phone fixed. We were immediately directed to the manager, who looked at us as if we had said something offensive. We explained to her about the online reps failed attempts with fixing my son’s phone issue however, she still attempted to do the very same thing. Had a fraudulent phone purchase and called in about it. The fraud department took care of it. Found out today, a month later, that the fraud dept rep then did not do anything and had to be reprocessed again today.
