I have been a customer over the years. I called the store this evening to see availability of roughly $1,600 dollars of gear (ipad, accessories) i planned to purchase tomorrow. The person that answered talked over me the entire time and I had to repeat myself multiple times. I got to a point where I asked him to hold on, then he yelled hold on, hold on, over me which basically was shutting me down. okay. I am shut down. I will not be purchasing from your store ever again.
Jalen(hope I spelled it right) was awesome, super helpful with every questions and getting me signed up as a new customer. They get 5 stars for service and for giving me a great deal that I found out was online exclusive but they made an exception for me. Thanks for the new phone!
They do not know what they are doing. 2 hours in the store thinking I was "registered" to access my account online. Come to find out, I am not registered and can't register. Verizon has gone downhill
