They do not know what they are doing. 2 hours in the store thinking I was "registered" to access my account online. Come to find out, I am not registered and can't register. Verizon has gone downhill

Great experience. I needed to see if I could get a phone for one of my employees faster, and Dave was a lot of help. He even went out of his way to point me in the direction that would get me on a different plan that would lower my bill while I was there.

Horrifically awful experience every time I’ve had to come in. Today’s fun was taking nearly an hour to try and hand in my phone for trade-in only to be forced to have them print off a return label (which alone took nearly 30 minutes… at a tech company). Absolutely lax and almost insultingly dismissive customer service in the face of an incredibly frustrating experience, and calling customer service for help was no better. Horrible. 4 hours switching from T-mobile to Verizon. Can’t get anyone at store on the phone. My phone doesn’t ring. Can’t get text messages. No direct # to the store. So angry.
